Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Osiris7, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. What We Do

Osiris7 provides payment links and embeddable payment buttons that allow creators to accept payments from their customers.

How it works:

  • Creators create a service and receive a unique payment link
  • Creators can share this link anywhere (Instagram, WhatsApp, email, etc.)
  • Customers click the link and complete the payment securely via Stripe
  • Creators receive the payment directly to their Stripe account

Osiris7 is not a marketplace. We do not sell services directly. We simply facilitate payments between creators and their customers.

3. Who Can Use Osiris7

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must provide accurate information when registering
  • You are responsible for your Stripe Connect account and its verification
  • You are responsible for your relationship with your customers

4. Payments and Fees

  • Osiris7 charges a platform commission fee based on your selected plan. Please visit our Pricing page for current rates
  • Stripe processes all payments and charges its own fees (approximately 2.9% + €0.30 per transaction)
  • All fees are deducted automatically from the payment amount
  • You receive the remaining amount directly to your Stripe account

5. Technical Requirements and Compatibility

Osiris7 requires the ability to execute asynchronous client-side JavaScript (<script> tags) to initialize the checkout modal and process transactions.

  • The platform is fully compatible with self-hosted environments (e.g., WordPress.org, Webflow, Shopify, or custom HTML architectures)
  • Certain hosting solutions, including the Free or Starter plans of WordPress.com, strictly block external script execution for security reasons
  • Osiris7 is not responsible for broken layouts, non-functional payment triggers, or rendering issues (including floating button components) stemming from these provider-specific limitations
  • Users bear sole responsibility for ensuring their technical infrastructure supports third-party JavaScript integration

6. Your Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for delivering your services to your customers
  • Osiris7 does not mediate disputes between you and your customers
  • You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • You are responsible for your own taxes

7. Delivery Time

When creating a service, you agree to specify an estimated delivery time. By accepting a payment, you commit to delivering the service or product within this timeframe.

  • The artist agrees to deliver within the specified time frame
  • Osiris7 is not responsible for late deliveries
  • Buyers can open a dispute in Stripe if the delivery time has passed and the service has not been delivered

8. File Storage and Deletion

  • Files uploaded for Digital Delivery and Auto Delivery are stored securely
  • Files are automatically deleted 7 days after delivery
  • Buyers must download and save their files within 7 days of delivery
  • Osiris7 is not responsible for lost files after the 7-day period
  • Artists are responsible for keeping their own backups of files

9. Stripe Connect

Osiris7 uses Stripe Connect to process payments. You must have a valid Stripe account to receive payments. Stripe handles all payment processing, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.

10. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refunds and chargebacks are handled by Stripe. Osiris7 does not have access to your Stripe funds. If a dispute occurs, Stripe will manage the process directly with you.

11. Account Termination

If you wish to terminate your account, you must contact us through our Contact Page. Accounts cannot be closed without thorough platform verification.

  • To qualify for account termination, you must first manually delete all active services, payment links, and buttons from your account dashboard.
  • The platform will strictly reject any closure request if there are any pending, ongoing, or unresolved deliveries (including Digital Delivery and Auto Delivery orders).
  • Upon submission, Osiris7 will perform a dynamic verification of your transaction history. We reserve the right to enforce a mandatory 7-day holding period to monitor and clear any pending monetary transactions, delayed payouts, or active disputes within Stripe Connect.
  • Following successful verification and the completion of the holding window, your account will be closed, and your data will be archived or permanently purged in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

Osiris7 provides a payment tool. We are not responsible for:

  • The quality of services you sell
  • Disputes between you and your customers
  • Stripe's decisions regarding refunds or chargebacks
  • Any damages arising from your business activities
  • Late deliveries or failure to deliver by the artist
  • Lost files after the 7-day storage period

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Osiris7 after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use Osiris7 to sell or distribute:

  • Illegal goods or services
  • Copyright-infringing content
  • Counterfeit products
  • Weapons, drugs, or regulated items
  • Adult content involving minors
  • Gambling or high-risk financial services
  • Hate speech or illegal activities

Osiris7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

16. Right to Suspend Accounts

Osiris7 may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if fraud, abuse, excessive disputes, illegal activity, or violations of these Terms are detected.

17. No Warranty

Osiris7 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free service.

18. Force Majeure

Osiris7 shall not be liable for failures caused by:

  • Internet outages
  • Third-party provider failures
  • Stripe outages
  • Cloud provider incidents
  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

20. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, and content related to Osiris7 remain the property of Osiris7. Users retain ownership of the content and files they upload.

21. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Osiris7 from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Their services
  • Customer disputes
  • Copyright infringement
  • Illegal activities

22. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Osiris7's total liability exceed the amount of platform fees paid by the user during the previous 12 months.

23. Sanctions Compliance

Users may not use Osiris7 in countries or territories subject to international sanctions or for prohibited entities.

24. API / Abuse Protection

  • Reverse engineer the platform
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Scrape or overload services
  • Interfere with the normal operation of Osiris7
